Tracy Love Tippin is founder of Mind, Body & Earth, LLC, a business formed to help share ideas about wellness of the mind, body and earth, sustainable lifestyle practices, and environmental protection.  In 2010, Tracy and her family moved to Costa Rica where she spent two fulfilling years exploring the country, enjoying the people and learning about the culture.  Her time in Costa Rica was invaluable in many ways.  She learned a great deal from the locals about how easy it is the live in harmony with nature.    She stayed in several communities that prided themselves on living sustainably where she learned about permaculture, alternative energy usage, the indigenous people’s practice of planting and harvesting crops, medicinal plants, and more.  Her intention is to continue learning as much as she can from the most knowledgeable educators in their fields, and offer space to share this information so we may all live well as a community while treading as lightly as possible on the earth.

She currently also offers escorted escapes to Costa Rica.  These retreats vary in theme, which will include sustainability, permaculture, health and wellness, adult adventure and family adventure retreats.

Tracy is also a Zumba and AFAA certified group fitness instructor offering classes at Pranique in Oldsmar and Family Fitness in Dunedin.  She holds a bachelors degree in Mathematics from LSU, worked as a software engineer for EDS (Electronic Data Systems) for 6 gratifying years, an adjunct instructor in the Math department at SPC, and is the faculty co-advisor of the Environmental Club of SPC.
